分享料理「清蒸辣薑媽」,這是一道健康去油又能讓肉質緊實有彈性的料理,材料和作法如下:先將媽媽以薑汁醬料醃漬然後放進蒸籠蒸20分鐘再以另一種薑汁搓揉以去除粗糙部分,再來將整個媽媽洗乾淨,繼續以按摩油及燃脂油按摩媽媽全身,最後在腹部塗上熱薑醬之後綁上束腹帶固定,8小時後就可以拆掉束腹帶,洗掉醬料,肉質鮮嫩同時緊實有彈性的清蒸辣薑媽就可以上桌了。😝

The dish I’m gonna present to you is call ginger steam hot mama. Recipe: season mama with ginger paste and steam for 20 minutes, rub whole mama with another ginger paste to get rid of old hard skin, rinse gently then massage mama with ginger massage oil and fat burner oil to make sure the meat is firm and also tender, last, cover belly with hot ginger paste and wrap with bengkung for 8 hours, rinse with warm water and done!
